  1. General Rules
    This shopping policy applies to all purchases made in our online store. All customers who place orders shall fully accept all terms below.

  2. Order Rules
    Please confirm product specifications, quantity, size, color and delivery address carefully before submitting orders. Wrong information caused by customers shall be borne by buyers.
    After successful order payment, we will arrange shipment within the stipulated time.
  3. Payment Terms
    We support PayPal payment methods, all transactions are encrypted and protected.
    All displayed product prices do NOT include shipping fees, VAT, customs clearance fees or local taxes.
    Once the payment is completed, the order cannot be modified arbitrarily. Please contact customer service in time if you need changes.
  4. Product Description
    We try our best to ensure that pictures, texts and parameters are true and accurate. Slight color difference caused by shooting light and display screen shall not be regarded as quality problem.
    All products are strictly inspected before delivery to ensure intact appearance and normal use function.
    If you have questions about product quality, please send real photos and videos to customer service for verification within 24 hours after receiving goods.
  5. Delivery & Logistics
    We provide Yanwen express or China Post delivery services. Normal delivery time is about 2 weeks. Sometimes it may delay due to customs inspection.
    Delivery time is for reference only. Delay caused by weather, road conditions, customs inspection and other force majeure factors is not within our responsibility scope.
    International orders: All customs duties, import taxes and handling fees shall be borne by the buyer. We do not undertake customs clearance related expenses and risks.
    If the parcel is returned due to incorrect/incomplete address, customer will be responsible for reshipping cost.
  6. Return & Refund Policy
    Support return and exchange within 14 days after goods arrival. Products must be kept unused, original packaging intact and no man-made damage.
    Return shipping cost: If returned due to product quality error, we bear the freight; if returned for personal reasons such as dislike, wrong size, buyers bear round-trip freight.
    Customized goods, disposable goods and damaged goods caused by personal use are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
    After receiving and inspecting returned goods, we will complete the refund within 3-7 working days according to the original payment path.
  7. After-sales Service
    We provide regular after-sales maintenance guidance and use consulting services.
    Man-made damage, improper use damage and damage caused by private disassembly are not covered by free after-sales service.
